I know nothing other than Utah hit a shot with about 4 seconds to go to win it. We shot about 26 percent for the game. Delisha Wills, out last years with a torn ACL, is back.
I guess it's at No. 23 TCU next? Whoa! Rhonda loaded it up on the non-conference schedule.

Was at the game. SMU should have won if you watched the entire game.
Will be interesting to see what kind of non-conf record SMU has, as there are some tough opponents.

Very legit non-conference schedule — Utah is a good team, as is TCU, and especially while Delisha Wills works to get back into basketball shape, there will be some struggles. Hopefully it will make us much better-prepared for conference games.
Yes, we should have won. Both teams played good defense, and neither team shot particularly well. Put those two together and the numbers were less than impressive. But there was a lot about which to be encouraged. I was afraid we'd get smoked. Wills had more stamina than I expected. Christine Elliott looked more assertive than last year. Raquel Christian has some serious quicks at the point guard spot, and Alisha Filmore looks like a pretty versatile player at both guard spots, including on the defensive end.
This team is going to infuriate us every now and then, but this team also is going to win some games this year. Should be fun to watch.
