Doh needs to go. Its over. I'll tell you why. Dia is a senior, four year starter. AWOL. Walker and Harp were starters as freshman, are seniors now and are lost. Haynes? Are you kidding me? what was that? Nyakundi? Oh my god. Atrocious. These guys are so beaten down its unbelievable. Either that or they have given up on themselves and the program and its only the second week of the season. Doh is responsible 100% for this. The fact that he brought 3 high risk recruits who are all ineligible is icing on the sh*t sandwich at this point.

Cal Riverside is horrible, really horrible. Wow, i really wonder if there will be 50 people at tomorrows game. I won't be. Not sure i will make another one this year. I wish the players luck, it must be a void and lifeless lockerroom. Orsini and Doh's booster buddies can enjoy this mess for themselves.

Its a train wreck I tell ya....if they can't beat this early competition like UCR and UALR, then you can imagine what will happen when we commence a good CUSA schedule and play UTEP, UH twice and Memphis twice, UAB and Marshall is good....oh boy we are in for a long season....we knew it and NOW we have to live it.

After watching last night's debacle, I have officially joined the Fire Doherty bandwagon. Embarrassing.

Aside from Dia, is anyone on the floor any good - I mean we just have zero talent. I don't know that our talent is any better than these unknown squads. Pretty sad. What a debacle.

Please tell me why Luttman and Polack haven't seen the floor. They can't be any worse than this stuff.

I could not agree more. Luttman is 6'11 and takes up space. Sets a better and bigger pick than PaPa. He has some mass that could intimdate some guards drivng low.

You are a lousy game day coach, your substitution decisions are indefensible and worst of all, you have zero strategic forethought. Really DUMB bringing in 7 freshman your 1st year here, but did you learn your lesson? apparently not as you will be relying on 7 new faces next year. That is of course if you are still around which 95%+ of the posters on this board are desperately opposed to (it was 94% yesterday, but you lost another supporter last night).

Of course there are consequences to all this. The BE is talking expansion, too bad our BB program couldn't play a contributing factor in considering SMU.

Like it or not, BB is the only sport SMU can truly excel in. Anyone want to argue this point please start with your explanation of the 1983 Sun Bowl.

and finally Doh, next time you reflect on why UNC dropped you, which I suspect you do on a weekly basis, why don't you at least allow for the possibility that you simply su*k.

SoCal- I couldn't agree more. We must get rid of this mental hernia who claims to be a coach post haste. If the Cowboys can change coaches mid-stream then we should consider doing the same (and yes, I realize Jerry has deeper pockets than we do). This pathetic episode doesn't need to continue.
