Any word on if any of the foreign players will be able to play during the 2010-11 season?

If you are talking about Smith, Pats, and Vilde, all indications point to no.

believe doh said in an interview awhile back that Pats might have a chance if his amateur status can be worked out. Vilde is definately out but will be eligible next year if he meets certain academic benchmarks. Smith is probably in the same boat.
