Storyline: Who will be on the hot seat (32) heading into March?
Ten guys to keep an eye on:
Matt Doherty, SMU. The Mustangs are in the middle of a muddled battle in Conference USA, just a game out of first place. For Doherty's sake, SMU needs to stay there, after going 17-47 in the league in his first four seasons.

I usually enjoy Forde's writing, but I think Doh stays, especially when we are the 14 seed in the tournament as P-Doh nostradamoused.

Yeah, clueless. But what do we expect from yet another national pundit? Maybe I'm being too self-depricating but there was Pete Fiutak who moronically compared our greatest run in football to being a 1980's Boise State, then there was Stew Mandel who thought Tulsa was in the CUSA champ. They always seemed to get the facts straight when we were on the Bottom 10 list from 1989-2009 inclusive.

Unfortunately, this is what happens when you are irrelevant for extended periods of time. Keep improving, keep making noise and good things will happen - even in the press clippings.

this is reckless analysis...those monkeys in bristol sling poo at everyone that isnt doing well w/o any kind of respect or responsibility.
people like Forde could get Doh fired just because of the negative public perception those people who follow espn will mindlessly assume. they don't really value history, progress, or the patients it takes to build a bball program from almost nothing.
