Who is this Tony Williams character?

He insists on commenting negatively on SMU hoops on the DMN website, just wondering if he is anything more than some-one with nothing better to do than denigrate a program which he seems to have no connection with?

He is in charge of hot dog warming and toilet paper replacement...he is quite stressed.
