Good find. Well before that, I'm told, w/regards to Jfrog. The kid's facebook has pictures of him w/stuffed animal frogs etc, and everyone calls him J, Frog, or Jfrog. It's pretty much his name, and can't be changed by Mustang faithful who don't love the Frog reference

I am not aware anyone among "the Mustang faithful" has an issue with calling him JFrog at least among those of us who actually attend games.

Well, his last name doesn't exactly role off the tongue but they definitely had the jeremiah chant going when he had that diving steal. JFrog works fine for me.

It's been brought up on the boards a few times, no big deal or anything.

Your right , no big deal. Anyway I believe the horned frog used by TCU is actually a horned lizard not a bull frog. Better get used to JFrog, he is going to be an outstanding player for us the next three years. The diving steal coupled with the pass while flying prone through the air was a very memorable play.

I completely agree. He may not have big numbers in the stats columns, but he showed the intangibles on the floor last night.

the diving steal was everything about this team that I love. We'll get more talented going forward, but that doesn't always translate to that type of heart/effort. Kid is a gamer

J Frog's diving steal was pure GREATNESS! This team would not be having its current success without him. A true point guard has been a missing ingredient around here for far too long, and his hustle is a bonus and a joy to watch.
