Not going well so far. Love Lon extending the d to half court. The scramble wears on teams, but the Rebels can't shoot, and sorta stink in the half court. Survive and Advance UNLV!

Can't hit a damn shot from the perimeter. They're about to get run out of the building.

That game was nowhere near as close as the score - Illinois completely outclassed your team that isn't Minnesota that isn't SMU that isn't ... whoever.

I'm getting sick of old Lon not being able to recruit. UNLV has plenty of regarded athletes on the team, just none that can shoot, none that like the post, and all play the same position. What an effin joke that was last night. My wife is a Runnin Rebel, and she was straight up pissed.

I've got one team still alive across all 4 tourneys.

My brother lives out there and said they had problems with their half court offseason all season.

Just a bad night. They went into the tank after Illinois 15-0 run in the first half. Plus, Illinois is pretty good.

Just keep in mind that Lon has brought the best era to UNLV since Tark. I really don't know if UNLV can ever get back to the 1990 and 1991 days but it can still be a solid BB power. Just keep in mind what a disaster the Rollie and Bayno eras were.

Keep in mind? Sorry - Rebs haven't been relevant since the mob (er ... Tark) ran the team 20 years ago. Not wasting any brainwaves on that has-been of a team.
