For those of you who want to degrade this tourney just remember thisâ€¦

During tonightâ€™s game, the UNI announcers said that our 2 earlier wins this post-season against ORU and Jacksonville were the MOST we had achieved in one season since 1956.

I know we all want SMU to do better than CIT, but to say this tournament is beneath us is simply BS.

Since Matt is from UNC, where they hang a banner for EVERYTHING (seriously, if you ever go, check out the rafters, there are some for quarterfinals of the NIT or stuff like that), I assume we'll be hanging a new Final Four banner at the beginning of next season.
