I'm sure Uconn will take them but quite a surprise to see Butler there back to back.

Overview:
5 Seniors on the roster, 10 players from IN

Stevens record 117-24, has only been head coaching 4 years, since 2007
Former coach Lickliter isn't doing so hot at Iowa, 3 losing seasons.

Campus
Butler is located on the north side of Indianapolis, just five miles from downtown in a residential neighborhood. The Hoosier capital is the 13th largest city in the United States. The 290-acre Butler campus in the Butler-Tarkington neighborhood is hailed as one of the most attractive in the Midwest for its park-like setting.

Fall 2010 enrollment includes 4,051 full-time undergraduates and 4,640 total students. The students come from 46 states and 50 countries.

Licklighter was let go at Iowa after last season (2009-10).

Go Butler!!! A real scrappy bunch and an inspiration for all...thanks for sharing Giddyup. I didn't know about Butler.

also, Butler is renovating Hinkle (the fieldhouse where they play which is well-known for being where the 'Hoosiers' final took place in real life and in film). Started out as 15,000 capacity...renovated years ago to make it 10,500...new plans call for removal of all the bleachers and capacity reduced to about 8500, a reduction similar to what some have suggested for Moody.

Butler applications up 41 percent, season tickets up 30.

Sold out watch party in Indy.

Love the way these guys play, half as athletic, 5 times as scrappy.

So applications went up 1 percent for every point the Bulldogs mustered in a hideous performance Monday night.
