Exactly. I suspect that their reaction to the Moody renovation is similar to our reaction to the Amon Carter renovation: "It's about time."

Congrats on Moody! It's going to be rockin'
I'm still pissed we dropped the game in El Paso - wore my only SMU shirt and got heckled the entire night!

You didn't think we left you?
Moody needed a facelift just like Daniel-Meyer does. Congratulations on getting yours rolling. After we rebuild Amon Carter that will be our next project.

TCU cares little about their hoops. They are in a long term drought like us. All their eggs are in fball.

SIAP but this may be changing a little bit. Coach Christian has pretty much cleaned house on his coaching staff and it appears TCU has hired or is in the process of hiring SMU's Reggie Brown. This is relevant b/c Brown is a pretty good recruiter in the area and TCU has been terrible in recruiting local talent in basketball. With the move to the BigEast imminent, I suspect TCU will get a better team although it may not show in the record b/c all the teams will be better in the BigEast than the MWC.
That said, you are right the football team and the baseball team are the teams the school is high on right now.

I don't know about all of them, but many of us are watching our baseball team host an NCAA regional series at our on-campus baseball complex for the third year in a row. I guess you all don't follow collegiate baseball, not having a team and all. If we want to marvel at upgraded facilities, we can peek over at the $110M football stadium project.

They still like to lurk here. I think I've been over there like 3 times total. Could care less what they are saying. yes, envious of baseball but I get over it.
I hate purple, so glad I don't have to wear it all the time.
