Nah, we're totally going to be a bottom 1/3rd CUSA team and the fact we're even attempting to run a system that controls tempo shows we're bad, have no talent, and don't stand a chance in league. Even trying to bring up teams like Butler and Richmond as a comparison is wholly immaterial because they have loads of talent and NBA prospects while we run the dregs of NCAA D1 prospects out on the floor, just hoping that teams like Memphis get lost on their way to Moody and have to forfeit.

He's really bad at twitter arguing, and he doesn't really have a point. We know you have to have talent, and he knows you have to have talent. He doesn't believe that systems can win, which last year speaks to the contrary. Basically, he just doesn't like our talent, while never having laid eyes on any of it

Meanwhile, Fran validates what we've been saying all day, SMU's frosh & soph class is talented.

He also threw out the argument that Memphis could compete at an AQ level and should be considered for AQ expansion and cited their records of 9-4, 8-4, 7-5 (football) in the early 2000's as proof. He conveniently forgot to mention that they've allowed their program to decay completely and have refused to invest in building a strong, sustainable program.

He is a Memphis fan through and through...pretty sad. -- however the point can be made about our possible AQ status due to the pathetic bball record over the years.

However...not many schools are good in both bball and fball consistently

Wolken's a tool. Caught him lying about SMU a few years ago. Don't even remember what he said, but it was pretty ridiculous.

He also said that SMU couldn't fill their stadium if they had a Prada giveaway. Funny considering he's a Vandy grad...
