Didn't Williams enroll in January, so he can't play until after the fall semester?

No idea about Smith. I'd be interested to know if anyone else has any information.

Williams has to sit out until like Dec 20th or something. Smith tore his acl in april/may and isn't expected back until Oklahoma St @ the AAC, earliest. That's if his recovery takes, and he can still be effective. We aren't going to get the real Les this year, even if he does come back late Dec.

Agree typically takes a year to fully for your knee/body to fully heal after an ACL surgery...might be more w/ bball due to the amount of cutting. 70% of it will be mental

Agreed, It takes a while to trust your body even after you are healthy. Sometimes athletic guys will become much better shooters after such injuries, because they don't have the same aggressive play style. Amare Stoudemire improved his shot a lot after similar surgeries.

That's a great point. Lots of reps of what he can do while injured: shoot, and visualization
