Hopefully we become the best d1 bball team in Texas. Certainly will be member of the best bball conference to have a presence in Texas.

Wasn't uconn .500 or just below in conference last year ?

I hope the possibility of playing in the BE helps in getting a 'Big' committed this weekend.....you can't have too many 7 footers on the roster!

If SMU was in the Big East last year you might have gotten D'Angelo Harrison. You know this guy ? My team, St. John's , signed him last fall. Very good player. St. John's got another guy from Texas. Maybe next year you'll get players like Harrison.

Hey Stallion, D'Angelo Harrison is a kid I was told we can't recruit, for frame of reference.

SJU87, really like D'Angelo, lots of swag, quality scorer. That said we signed Ryan Manuel last year who routinely did very well vs Harrison in high school & AAU.

I say we go after NBA players since they aren't doing anything.
