Assume we gain BE membership this week.

Assume higher caliber players show interest in SMU immediately.

Will Doh honor the 2 existing commitments if something better comes along?

nothing better is coming along, b/c most of '12 is committed, and the first two verbals are excellent players. Both had BCS offers & Bernardi couldn't be a better fit for the princeton. He's a borderline Big East player, but don't think he won't stick it to Rutgers, Seton Hall, St Johns etc. He's an excellent evaluation for this offense, premier shooter. All we do is set screens for shooters, and Bernardi is the definition of hand down man down.

Uche's brother may be Doh's 2nd or 3rd best player since arriving at SMU. Uche himself had a great AAU campaign, and can play & defend 1-3. He's also very good on the glass. He's a Big East caliber athlete.

The issue is that our biggest need is a marquee big in a down year for bigs. We're gonna hit a homer or strike out swinging. Big East clout didn't do anything for TCU in '12, and their staff consists of the guy responsible for our '11 class, and Rob Evans, the man Turner wanted over Doh. We're already recruiting high 3 & 4 star kids. We aren't going to just start poaching 5 star kids or kids earmarked by the bluebloods
