Rhonda also now gets to upgrade her rolodex. Big time womens games. UConn is a titan of women's hoops. Add in all those other strong teams, and its going to be much tougher to win. Of all the coaches we have, she's probably the best prepared for this jump.

We would compete well in the Big East now, but with the added boost in recruiting we will hopefully become a huge national power!
