Gonna be real windy until about 30 minutes after the game starts when the sun goes down. Basketball dealing with the weather elements! Otherwise a really cool idea playin on that massive aircraft carrier.

who paid to do that game? Please don't tell me taxpayer dollars. I don't know, it was pretty at sunset and all, and I have huge respect for our vets, but the whole scene seemed disjointed to me. Couldn't wrap my head around it.

I'm sure they contributed mightily given the fatigue apparel marketing schtick. Saw one of those fast-forwarded, real-time videos, of how they prepped the boat. It took 3 or 4 days to set that entire scene up. No worries, so long as its not on my dime.

Probably ESPN with corporate sponsorship tagging along.

The only major cost I can think they would have to incur would be getting the teams there, and it's an aircraft carrier - just fly 'em in like you normally would. Heck, it might be cheaper. The Navy probably made a very small profit off of it, or at least broke even.

Plenty of corporate dollars slapped all over the floor, ad boards on courtside table.
Agree that it looked pretty but game was kinda iffy.
