Inside being finished out. When completed in 1942 for a cost of $175,000 the gym would seat 3,200 and would also provide offices for the Athletic Department, the Physical Education Department, and Coaches Offices. The Mustangs were still using Joe Perkins for the 1955-56 season when they went to the Final Four.
