He's already my favorite Mustang for 2012! We should expect great things from this certified 'gym rat'.

Good stuff -- thanks for sharing, hoopmanx.

Can't way to see BB suit up for the Ponies ... and start filling it up from behind the arc. Maybe Nyakundi's heir apparent as the team's best three-point shooter?

Thanks for the reports. We need shooters, good shooters. Sounds like a good fit for this offense.

Coach said this week that Mullen was bragging about the Crum Center to Bernardi. Saying it was one of the finest facilities out there.

sounds like a great kid. can't wait to see him on the court.
"This is . . . dedication to distraction by fans. Is that what I'm going to go with Jay?"
"That poor kid has to be wondering what is dad doing."

Bernardi reportedly had 35+ pts vs Long Island Lutheran in a scrimmage the other night. LI Lutheran is always very good, so that's a big time outing vs first class competition

Thanks for posting this. Great interview.

I like Bernardi already. He just wants to win... Gotta love that attitude.

I bet he's excited to get to play in the BEast.

I like the attitude...not worried about his personal stats and just wants that championship. Should we be concerned about the distractions he will encounter at SMU after coming from an all male school?

Brian Bernardi made the all-tourney team at a holiday tournament in Tucson. Capped it w/a 33pt, 6 3pter effort. Also, for those questioning his athleticism, he punched a huge dunk off a fast break, that had kids leaving the stands.
