At UT, they have a shipload of buildings and libraries named after Joe Jamail. In law school, we used to joked about sitting on the Joe Jamail Crapper. The guy running Freeport MacMoran (Jim Bob Something) has been paying for much of their athletic budget for years.
There is no reason SMU cannot have the Gerald J. Ford Olympic Natatorium and have him pay for a great BB coach on the Hilltop.
