I have been reading this free board. Do not believe they really understand Texas energy money and that our football head coach and probably our soon to be basketball head coach are not being paid by the University. I also do not believe they understand or appreciate Buzz's N. TX ties.

They do have one thing right, we need to charter every damn flight. Its embarassing

I got a kick out of the stretch made that offering a to write a huge check for a coach is somehow a lesson not learned from the death penalty...from a law school student nonetheless. Personally, if I tried a logic train like that in law school I'd get kicked in the nuts by someone. Most of them have pretty fair and reasonable comments & observations; everybody has the Richard outliers. I draw the line at knocking Moody. Knock that awful prehistoric jumbo-tron we got on clearance, knock the concessions, but don't knock the totally awesome 1950's bizarre toilet bowl standing urinals.

I'll go out on the limb that when you're tossing out the numbers we are for potential coaching candidates, a chartered plane in the future probably won't be an issue. That is embarrassing though.

We are SMU. We are from Texas. And we are wealthy and willing to spend to win. The sooner our new conference mates learn who we are the better. It's time to announce our arrival by buying their coach!
