What's wrong with Peterson?

Peterson is an average coach. Just look at hoops in the state of North Carolina. Heck, little Davidson is better than uncw. I don't see Peterson as being a man to handle Big East BB.

I live in Wilmington, NC - home of UNCW. My wife is an alum. I've seen Buzz's teams in person, and I can tell you that no one here will miss him if he leaves.

Brad Brownell had great success at UNCW, and ultimately rode that winning percentage to the HC job at Wright St and then Clemson . However, since Brad left, there has been a steady train of losing coaches at UNCW, including Bennie Moss, Brooks Lee and Buzz.

Encouraging, as well as questionable points in the article. Appears UNCW has had major problems, including the recent release of 3 players and inheriting scholarship restrictions. In any case, here is a view of Buzz a year and half ago:
