As strength and conditioning coach.

Hope it hadn't been posted - I didn't see any threads about it.

Lynch can't recruit, he's just an assistant S&C and player development guy. Your recruiters are Brown, Jank, Maligi & Howard. Ops is Hobbie.

Not sure why the basketball team needs their own trainer for 15 kids. Last I checked the Athletic Department had 3 full time trainers who were available and extensively used by all sports.

Do the top programs have trainers?

You have to have a sport specific trainer for each revenue, at the least. Hoops has to have their own guy, and he has to be very good in the Big East. I like Hix as a person, but he strikes me as a jack of all trades more than a straight hoops guy

Jank does not have the official title of HCIW. SMU skirted that but even so I do not think it applies in basketball yet. So I believe he can recruit.

SMU was worried about the HCIW title applying to BB in the future so they didn't officially give him that title. He can recruit.

Lynch might not technically be able to recruit, but when he's showing some recruit around the weight room, it wouldn't be shocking if he had on an NBA Championship ring that he and Kobe Bryant won together. That's legal, isn't it?
