The story is you cannot tweet about a signee until the following day. Coach Howard very reasonably did not know that.

Thanks for the explanation, ponyboy. That is one of the dumber rules to come out of an organization that seems to pride itself on dumb rules!

Coach Brown tweeted about them yesterday not the following day.
