Hopefully someone that went to the game can help me with this, but the TCU crowd looked really light. Rich Phillips even commented on the light crowd before the game.
However, the Box scores lists attendance as 4,145.... is this anywhere near correct?

You said you weren't there pal, it holds 7k.
I really find it funny when our fans talk attendance smack, ridiculous.

In defense of the Frogs, they haven't been that good a Moutain West conference program and they are moving to the Big 12. Unlike football where they had high expectations, TCU's BB program is going to have to improve a ton before they get fans back involved.
Plus, SMU fans, of all people, should not cast stones about empty arenas and stadiums.
Hopefully, in a few years, the annual Big 12/Big East grudge match between the Ponies and the Frogs will mean moving the game to the AAC.

Yes we can cast stones, we have such few opportunities. But you are right TCU is bad in basketball.

Kudos to the guy with the mustache and the "SMU is Beating TCU" sign. He helped to pump up the SMU crowd.
Kudos also to Rolando Blackmon attended the game who sat a couple of rows in front of us.

With LB running the show I would be surprised to see former and current athletes showing up to our games often.

It's not attendance smack, it's calling bull sh*t on their reported numbers. I was at the game last night, and I will be very generous and say there were 1,500.
TCU really should not have put any money into remodeling that place. Needs to be bulldozed. Weirdest arena for basketball ever.
