Thanks for the well-done, thorough description - looking forward to seeing the next vid with changes in "the bowl". Especially liked the shots of the excavation and eventual space for new facilities that they're literally carving out underneath the building. Very cool.
I just have one little nit to pick - at one point about half-way through he described the other nearby construction as "sophomore housing". While that is a convenient and fast way to describe it, it perpetuates some inaccurate information that's out there. The whole concept of on-campus housing (and not just the new construction, but all the other existing dorms, too) is changing to a "residential commons" model when those new buildings officially open in Fall 2014 -
http://www.smu.edu/ResidentialCommons - Yes, sophomores will be required to live on campus beginning that Fall, however, those new buildings are not exclusively for sophomores - they will eventually house all four classes - FY through SR. Better to just say "new on-campus housing" or even just "new dorms".
