ECU won, UTEP lost, and Tulane is in double OT with Houston.

Houston beat Tulane, so we are two games up on ECU and three games up on Tulane.

I didnt think it was all that ho hum, they got into a deep hole early, down 13-3, and had to scratch and claw all the rest of the way. SMU took a 1 point lead right before halftime, but the lead went back and forth until the last few minutes when we finally pulled away. These games are getting nervewracking.

I forgot to mention, this was Rhonda's 399th career win, 400 should be this Thursday, against Tulsa. One more win also gives the team at least 20 wins for the 12th time in Rhonda's 21 years as head coach.

You know I was being sarcastic and complimentary towards the women. My ho hum remark was to indicate that winning is becoming a habit for them. A very good habit.

I did not have a chance to listen until the last 2:30 of the game which was nerve wracking enough for me.

Oh I know you were just joking, and we are all glad to see the team doing so well. I just hope I dont have a stroke before they are done. Its great to be playing games that actual mean something, that have potential championships and post-season bids on the line, but when they are this close it does bad things to my blood pressure.

Eat some of your gumbo and you will be fine.
