I would put The American above the Big 10 but what do I know.

Good publicity for the AAC imo.

I will laugh if in the end we end up being a perenial top 4 basketball conference and the Big East lags a few spots behind.

The big East aint what they used to be. not sure they should be ranked this high.

Make no mistake, we'll definitely take a hit next year when we lose Louisville and have to add Tulane, Tulsa and ECU. It will be a top heavy league for sure. We should still be one of the better conferences, but not as good as if the old BE stuck around unfortunately.

and to those that wanted SMU in the Mountain West, they are ranked #11. sometimes I just wonder how some people even thought about the MWC over the AAC.

Um, they're number 8.... And they are a very good basketball conference actually. SDSU, New Mexico, Boise, Utah State and UNLV are all really good programs. I wouldn't have a problem with them being higher than the BE.

We'll probably be closer to them after Louisville leaves, but still better.
