Last year, I went to the game at URI and saw SMU lose a winnable game. Mostly, we lost because we ran out of gas (I think Bernardi and Uche were the only subs available) and were unable to hit outside shots. I think this year's game will be interesting because Moore and Frazier can hit open outside shots.

Jalen Jones was my favorite SMU player last year, but I think Cunningham, Moreira, and Kennedy are a significant upgrade over Cunnigham, Jones and Dickerson.

Rhode Island has 7 new players this year. I believe 3 of them start. Much different Rhods Island team than last year. As are we. Should make for a hard fought game.
