We took a nice ACC team to the wire. We are not a fluke. We have a very legit shot of winning the next 6 games - which would put us at 11-2 starting conference play. That would be a great way to start conference play. I feel better about Cinn, Temple and Memphis games.

Remember, we have yet to play a home game

Wyoming and aTm/Missouri St will be the next good teams we that we can further fine tune the teams skills with.

Doesn't really do much for us, other than saying we can hang with a top 30 team. But we lost. So, have to move on. We BETTER beat aTm. A blow out would be very nice.

This is not a we BETTER beat aTm situation. Each game is a different match up and aTm is very athletic. This is no more of a we BETTER beat aTm than it was that FB team BETTER beat Houston. The team is still building chemistry and I thought it might take about 10 games to get on track. We are not entitled to anything. We BETTER beat UCF too right (I did not see you post that)?

Very reasonable way to look at things.

I have never seen where even Duke fans say they better beat anybody. They just enjoy the game and root hard for their team. I would suggest that should be what we do.

I realize we lost to UVa and in the scheme of things, it goes down in the L column. But dammnnn, it's the most I've ever been excited about a loss, because the team is well-coached, has some real depth of talent, and shows clear signs of being pretty special.

Frazier showed glimpses of what he's going to be for us. This team has depth and can play with anybody right now. I'd love to beat the Aggy's, but no game is a gimme for us. We have a young team with lots of new teammates getting used to each other. Loved our D last night. If we can bring 40 minutes of pain each game to the other team, we'll win a lot more than we lose.
