For me. Much better than dealing with 75. Took me about 45 minutes to get here from Lakewood. Also, stopped at Zuki Sushi at Arapaho and Plano Rd. Excellent sushi without the Yutaka or Tei Tei prices.

Nice! So you're there in Dallas going to the game although you live in L.A.? Good for you, man!

I'm splitting time between LA and Dallas these days. I'll soon be back in Dallas permanently. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. I'll really miss the South Bay

I like Dallas (love visiting), but I prefer it here lifestyle-wise.

Yes, I've fought that battle for almost a year now - lifestyle vs. cost of living. Texas wins with most of my family being here and the older I get the cheaper I get.

I've found I arrive in Garland at the same time no matter if I leave at 6:30 or 7:15

That was a fun weekend. The people of Birmingham couldn't have been nicer. That little area of the city we hung out in was cool. I was pleasantly surprised. I would return if we made it to the Compass bowl again. But my current wish is a cool city for the 1st round of the NCAA tourney. Regardless, let me know if you make it to a game at Moody this year. Drinks on me for you and Mrs. NC
