Good post Grant. I do not think it will affect Mudiay. We may have to go through some NCAA appeals like TCU had to do with Karviar Shepherd. But I believe everything will be fine.

Good to hear, I hope you are right. What do you base that on?

Prime Time Prep is a case study on how not to run a school or business. Sounds like everyone is incompetent. I am now concerned that Mudiay will not meet any NCAA standards.

He needs to transfer to a real high school. If he cannot play HS BB that is OK, he can still play on his club team.

Shepard was declared ineligible by the NCAA last year due to some classes at Prep that the NCAA had issues with. TCU appealed and won the appeal. I am simply saying we may have to do the same.

Mudiay is an intelligent young man so I am not concerned about grades or SAT scores but the problems might be in whether the NCAA has issues with the classes he might be taking.

Kind of think that's the reason 2015 prospect, Elijah Thomas, transferred to Lancaster
2015 INDIANAPOLIS OR BUST

Exactly my thinking. Classes will be insufficient to meet NCAA qualification standards.

can anyone explain to me what Prime Prep even is? Is it like Oakhill Academy? I think it's interesting that high schools exist that mainly focus on athletics and nothing else

I would think we are on top of this. With a semester to go as well as the summer, bound to be a way to overcome Prime Prep deficiencies.
