Very Interesting. 15.6 ppg, 5.7 rpg, before season-ending injury. 5 Star out of High School.

He could transfer to a JC and come to us with no restrictions after that. Either way,he would be able to play in 2015. Is he applying for a medical redshirt this season?

No, because he played in some of the team's games. Medical redshirt or not, he has to sit out a year if he transfers to another D1 school

If he transfers this in this semester he could gain eligibility for conference play for next year, and would be fully healed from his injury.
