I still have not received my package. Anybody know? They're apparently being printed in Oklahoma...

Was told when I purchased season tickets before the TCU game. The Moody season tickets would be available in mid-December. . . Contacted SMU sales department this morning. The Moody season tickets will be mailed between 12/23-12/27. . . Rabble, rabble, rabble

Think they are supposed to be mailed in the next few days. Will try to find what I read

We are excited to provide you with an update on season tickets for games at Moody Coliseum!
Women's Basketball season tickets were sent by USPS on Dec. 13th and are expected to arrive between Dec. 18th-21st.
Men's Basketball season tickets are scheduled to be shipped by FEDEX on Dec. 19th and are expected to arrive between Dec. 23rd-27th.
If you purchased a Men's Basketball season parking pass prior to Nov. 4th, it will be included with your ticket book. If you purchased parking after this date, it will be mailed to you separately.

I never got a confirmation email after I purchased so I'm not sure what my exact seats are. Would be nice if they had them to pick up at the preview the view thing Wednesday. I wouldn't be shocked if I ended up having to pick up my tix at the UCONN game like I did in Garland. Ticket office strikes again

I got the confirmation email. Yours may have been spam blocked. I do get nervous that I'm supposed to receive my Moody tickets a week before the game. Not a lot of time to respond if problems.

Yeah. This is way too late for this to be unresolved.

Ordered and received within 4 days. I'm not sure I follow.

I know I won't be getting mine. Just got a call that the seats I bought do not exist. Scrambling to get reassigned.

Amazing...

Not the ticket office fault. Evidently the floor layout they were provided included seats that were not there. I have been moved to 209 (could have done 210 but I wanted aisle seats) and was told they would be printed soon and I should have them by the 23rd. Stuff happens. I thought they handled me politely and professionally.

I ordered late in the game. Maybe they ran out of the first run of printed tickets and had to call back up to Oklahoma to get another set run. Just guessing.

You can log in to the Ticketmaster AccountMangaer on the Tickets page at smumustangs.com. Your tickets will be listed there (even Hofstra is showing up now). From there you can transfer or print your tix just in case.
