sorry if this has already been covered....
will beer be available at concession stands in all sections Sat at the "new" Moody?
the reason I ask....I got an e-mail from SMU stating:
"The new Hall of Fame Club, located above the east concourse at sections 107 - 109, will be open in between the men’s and women’s basketball games on January 4 to Mustang Club donors at the $500 and above level. Beer will be available for purchase."

As far as we know, yes. There will be beer 'tubs' in each of the main concourses.

I was told Monday beer will be sold at four kiosks, one of which will be located in each corner of the concourse of the arena. I'm told there will be limits on how many beers can be purchased, and that TABC (Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission) prohibit brand exclusivity, so there will be at least two choices, although the brands were not identified. Sales will stop with 15 minutes left in the second half, so that allows customers to purchase beer during halftime and during the first media timeout of the second half. (That is barring the unlikely chance that there is no media timeout in the first five minutes of the half — media timeouts are scheduled for the first stoppage after each four-minute increment, so unless there are no fouls and the ball never goes out of bounds between 16:00 and 15:00 on the clock, there will be a media timeout.)

Hmm.. let me guess. Coors LIght and Bud Light. I am not complaining but can already here it now

I am grateful we'll have beer. At least the lines will be clear. Have you had draft beer at the AAC, it's pretty awful, i usually stick to bottles.

Not going to see them sell beer later in the game than the nba does.

I'm guessing the conssionaire is testing the waters initially. Hopefully they will expand the choices available for purchase in the future.

White wine is allowed under the guidelines but I don't think will be for sale. I think it was included for purposes of white wine margaritas.

Will be sold in bottles from what I've heard, probably the plastic ones (so we are talking mille, coors, bud).
