Personally i thought it was a huge success. Crowd seemed to be a bit louder than normal - lots more standing and cheering. Had to be a money maker - there was a line there every time i went near it. Would recommend we figure out the wine thing - the ladies will especially like that.

My wife didn't appreciate the beer bath, but she took one for the team.

Was a huge success in my opinion, lines were never too long and I saw no problems with drunkenness.

I was also glad to see that the tough rules they quoted (everyone must show ID for each beer, regardless of age) were not enforced. If you looked old enough, they took your money and poured you as many as you wanted. No ID checks when not needed.

This will be a great revenue generator and make the atmosphere much better.

Good Job SMU!!

I thought it went well. There was always a line but not too bad. $6 is a bit much for a 12oz though. can we get a tall boy instead?

I naively assumed the quoted prices were for 16oz beers - but I still was more than happy to help donate to SMU athletics!

Concessions need an option fir straws and tops or maybe a juice box or milk. Had nothing for my 3 year old other than water or coke

That is how I look at it, only downer is a 16 ouncer would last longer, but hey, glad to help the revenue stream and it still better than 15 buck beers like Starplex.

No lids and no straws is pretty much standard practice at all arenas these days, considered a more green option. Juice boxes would be good for the kids though.

The games are plenty family friendly without juice boxes. Good lord. Bring your own.

Isn't that what people said about beer? Not a big deal, would just like to have a straw. Other probably would like it for their coke at any age

The beers fit in the cup holders a lot better than the soft drinks, which didn't fit at all.
