I was very surprised we were the favored against the #17 team in the country. Obviously, Vegas thought UConn was overrated but that still shows they know we can play.

It is clear that we are beginning to get some respect. High time if you ask me.

I saw it at -1.5 a few hours before the game and figured it had to have been a mistake. Guess not. Great that we are getting that kind of respect

What I don't know is what the line opened at. That would be more telling than what it tipped at. What it tipped at was more an indication of the sharps, someone mentioned he saw it at -1.5 a few hours before and it tipped at -2, meaning it got bet down and a lot of people had faith in SMU.

That's awesome. I just thought it was interesting that the guys that really know their stuff had SMU favored by 2 at tip and it was right. I imagine the Ville line opens at something like L'ville -9.
