-SMU resurgence has mostly been fueled without Top 100 recruits, but it doesn’t hurt to have one on the roster. With the SMU-Connecticut game tied on Saturday, Frazier’s assist, three, and driving basket in transition broke the game open in SMU’s favor.
Apparently he does not know that Russell, Cunningham, Moreira, and Sterling Brown were all top 100 recruits. And depending on where you looked I believe Ben Moore may have be a top 100 or 150 recruit.

Fwiw Shawn Williams must have been top 100, wasn't he a MAA?

Russell was 3 star, #119 according to rivals
Brown was #138 according to rivals, but I think scout had him ranked higher

As SMU 86 posted, Shawn was a top 100 recruit but he was not a MAA. Frazier was our first and E-man will be our second.

Didn't Cannen squeak in to the Top 100 as well?
