They said that we gave Louisville all they wanted in the second half.

Was it me or did the announcers seem to be in love with Louisville? I know they deserve some respect, but it seemed a little over the too to me. Am I imagining this?

Defending National Champions deserve a little respect and love, especially when the opponent is down 17. We earned accolades as we drew close in the second half.

Wait until later in the season after we have hopefully done much more than beat UConn. Then they can cover us more. A national audience is tuning in to that game to see how UL is doing and what they need to adjust to make a run. Once we have more of a track record, and I am optimistic, then see how we are talked about.

This ^. They were pretty rough on Hancock's defense in the 2nd. I believe they said he can score 20 but he gives it back on the defensive end. I thought that was a little harsh. But no doubt, the first half was a Louisville lovefest, and rightfully so.

The positive words I was talking about were coming from the CBS guys that were at the home office not the guys announcing at the game. They were saying these things between games.
