I know its early, but is there a projection on how long he is going to remain a mustang? All four years? I know he obviously isnt going anywhere anytime soon but was wondering what his future pro career looks like and how it impacts his time at smu

With all due respect to Ben Moore. He played a good game, not great game. He did not even put up double figures in points or rebounds. Ben comes off our bench. I am definitely rooting for the guy. But let's be honest, we really do not need to be talking about Ben Moore and the NBA Draft quite yet. Ben definitely has a bright future. Pony Up!

Give him a year in the weight room and 15 or 20 pound later he will really be good. Glad we pulled him from Illinois, DePaul, Minnesota etc.

Very unlikely he's getting drafted. 64 players get drafted each year. He'll probably play in Europe if he wants to continue his basketball playing career post SMU.

There isn't anybody on the team right now that needs to be thinking about getting drafted or even playing in the NBA............

False, I think we have several players with NBA potential. I'm not saying they'll go in the 2014 draft but by the 2015 (EM) and 2016 draft I think you'll see SMU have players taken.

Do not under estimate the Godfathers ability to prepare these guys for the league.

It's more raw athleticism. Doesn't really have much to do with him preparing guys.

I don't think he is talking about EM and future players but the players we have on our current roster.

im not as familiar with the nba draft process and didnt know how much upside moore has. hopefully he has a long pro career somewhere whether in spain or greece something or in the usa
