Except even more blatant inferring that Ulric was somehow involved even though they can't prove it.
WTF

Cited several points in the SMU Response but failed to report SMU's key finding
Key finding:
"The alleged grade change on an earlier interim report was not reflected on the official transcript and thus did not have an impact on admission to SMU or NCAA eligibility."

I did not think it was too bad. Good response by Brad which he read. This is now more about DISD than SMU. We can move on.

yeah, they single him out yet don't step too far. just enough for the average uninformed person to think that SMU is cheating.

Omission of several things to fit a pre-existing narrative was sad.

News flash : High Schools make exceptions and fudge academic records of athletes.
News flash: University's have a different admission standard for athletes.
Mentioned on the news cast that there are other students - many others - who's grades have been fudged. They are quietly " passed" to get them out of the building so the next class can move in. I bet this kind of thing happens all the time. This is why " No Pass, No Play" was implemented. But it didn't get support so it has been watered down. Just like the passing standard for the STAR test. They need to make the passing grade low enough so 90+ % students can pass, graduate, and make room for the next class.
Why oh why did they single out KF? Was it ratings? I can't believe they would stoop so low ( sarcasm).
