Our first "bad" loss of the season

Not a tournament-wrecking loss.
But this will be held against us on our resume.

If we play like this against Memphis, we will get eaten alive at Moody.
Our lack of rebounding tonight was the biggest surprise to me.

Forget top25. That was as bad an effort as I seen in a long time. Certainly not a LB team. How does a bunch of freshmen out rebound us? What happen to he O?

Only difference between night and most of our other road games was that the play in the 1st half carried over into the second half.

Bad games happen, just came at the wrong time against probably the worst team it could've happened against (outside of Temple at least).

Kennedy has been our rock. He had a very bad night. Dropped rebounds, missed shots, stepping out of bounds, etc. he just needs to get back on track.

Unbelievable. No heart, no effort. Two things that shouldn't need coached. They should be embarrassed tonight. Just got beat by a team with a quarter of the talent, maybe.

Ok, brown wants us to be upset after losses like at UNC and KU...well I am ticked and hope they show a little more muscle this Saturday.

Look at #11 Kentucky struggling on the road @ LSU right now - it's early, of course, but they're down big. It happens. Regroup and beat Memphis Saturday.

I mean, how can you not be upset with that loss? That's a bad loss even if you're used to losing to them. USF is just plain bad, and SMU laid one big egg tonight. Ugh....more painful than watching OSU skid on 4 straight games.

About as bad a loss as we could get in conference play (maybe Temple...). Hopefully the team can use this as motivation rather than letting it kill momentum.

Can't wait until Saturday. I thought it would be a big game before; if we can pull off a win it'll make up for a lot of what happened tonight...

The top fear of any coach is a distraction. Thanks a lot, Channel 8.

Young teams don't learn from close wins.

Hopefully this team will learn from a bad loss.

Got to win two of our next three (Memphis, Temple, Cincinnati).
