To paraphrase Seinfeld's car rental spiel, the bookstore knows how to take an order, they just do not know how to fill an order. And really, filling the order is the most important part of taking an order.

I try to refrain from making snide comments the president on this message board since more than likely 90% or so of our scholarship players parents and recruits parents probably voted for him. Just saying.

I worked at the bookstore as a student. They pay garbage wages and it's a horrible place to work. Until they increase their pay, they'll never get the students who work there to care about getting things right.

Here, here. Never expect anyone to do the job for which they were hired and agreed to work. Always expect more and do less.

So if you're not happy with your current pay grade, you should just start half-assing your job? that makes sense

Then they're part of the problem. (In my humble opinion)

Politics? Really? And in all fairness, we're all part of the problem.

I've always had a good experience at the bookstore (aside from the prices), but I've never ordered anything.

So you are degrading parents of recruits on a message board that might they read. Brilliant. Sounds like you would not want them here anyway since they do not agree with your opinion.

No wonder why there is a perception that African American kids don't feel welcome at SMU. With jerks like you spouting off publicly like that I can see why. So you seem to be part of that problem.
