Looking at their schedule it does not appear they have not beaten any good teams, they did lose to UT by 10. Their conference competition looks really week but they are 20-2.

It's hard to argue that when UT beat Kansas, but it is certainly front page worthy.

The Super Bowl dominated the front page yesterday, as it should've. The front page Saturday had a big story on the SMU/Memphis game.

No. UT is in Austin. They have a paper who can put them on the cover. We are in Dallas.

No. UT is in Austin. They have a paper who can put them on the cover. We are in Dallas.

As much as I'd love to live in that world, that is as optimistic as FTHP's projections for the 2014 football season.

I don't care how good we get, SMU beating (22) Memphis is unlikely to get more coverage than Texas beating (6) Kansas. There are just too many UT alumni in Dallas. We can dream...

I wish they would show the individual ballots like they do for football. I want to see the only writer who didn't put us 2nd
