I didn't get to see the Temple game, but saw from the box score that Yanick got back on the floor. How did he look and is he going to get back on track from prior to his injury?

Looked great but LB said in post game that he is out of shape and has no legs.

Looked tenative and unsure but worked [deleted] D and worked hard for boards. He looked a bit weak trying to rebound. He needs some more time to get back to game speed. All in all it was good that he was back and working hard.

@Ymoreira35: it feels good to be back on the court
http://t.co/zqCGHyuy1yAlso in Twitter: Yanick said his knee feels good.

good workout but I don't think he's confident in his knee yet. He's not moving like he was. He was walking around like an old man on ice in pre-game. 4 rebounds was nice. Right now we need him for insurance in case Kennedy gets in foul trouble

As someone who has torn both ACLs, I will say that it takes time to get back to game speed. Just looking for progress each game. It's nice to have more depth inside, especially a rim protector.

having his defensive presence in there alone is good. He can give us valuable minutes while he continues to get back into playing shape. I'm pulling for him

even on one bad wheel, Yanick is a rebounding machine. Four boards in just eight minutes. Love the depth we have in the low post and it's only going to get better

Did he put on any upper body weight while rehabbing?

I saw the same thing. I watched him closely and thought at one point that he'd maybe tweaked it slightly. Maybe it was that tentative-ness that comes with athletes coming back from knee injuries.

I had a floor seat on the baseline and noticed he had a pronounced pained look on his face when he turned quickly from under the basket and starting jogging back up the court. Looked like he can play but will be awhile before he is full speed.

Thanks for the info guys. Hopefully he can come in and have meaningful minutes and add to the D and rebounding while continuing to get back in playing shape against Cincy. Go 'Stangs!
