SMU-Cinci Score Prediction Thread

I know these are reserved for the football board, but the enormity of the game and hype make it more interesting.
I see a relatively low-scoring affair with several lead changes, holding the Bearcats to the mid 50's, which is under our defensive average, but I think we shall also be held under our 71 pts a game average.
SMU 59-55.
Also looking forward to breaking the UConn attendance mark of 7,166. Look for many SRO peeps above the band tonight.

Comes down to Nic. If he has a great game, I say SMU 68 Cincy 62. Otherwise, Cincy wins.

Cincy is due for a loss and Ponies are hot. It won't be a Memphis style blowout but we pull away..haha. SMU 83 Bearkittins 68.

They've played in front of 22k at Louisville and whipped them. They're not going to be phased by Moody.

the thing with Moody is not the numbers, its the configuration and acoustics. May be a harder place to play than Louisville, really. Cincy won't be scared or anything, but they will be affected.

Cincy may or may not be affected by Moody. But I am thinking

I assume that Home Court Advantage is much more about how it affects the Home Team not the opponents. If we get the crowd going then SMU will start playing lights out. Go Ponies.

The acoustics at Yum are almost set more for a concert than a basketball game. Sound gets spread out all over the arena. I was surprised how 'quiet' 22000 people can sound. The noise just didn't carry very well. 53 arena at UC is a lot louder when the crowd gets into it.

If we can make our FTs, not make stupid passing mistakes, and keep out of foul trouble then this game is going to be competitive.
Realistically, CIN 68 SMU 63. But I hope the magic is there and those numbers are flipped.
