I'm a dork and I love stats so I looked at teams ranked 15-30 in this week's AP top 25 and used their results this week to weigh how it will affect tomorrow's ranking.
My methodology:
one ⇑ for a quality win (top half of your conference not top 25)
two ⇑ for a top 11-25 win
three ⇑ for a top 10 win
flat for a win over bottom half of your conference

one ⇓for a quality loss (top half of your conference ranked below you)
two ⇓for a bad loss (bottom half of your conference)
flat for a loss to a team ranked above you

15. Texas (W - TCU, L - K-St) ⇓
16. Iowa St. (W - #19 Okie St, W - TCU) ⇑⇑
17. Iowa (L - #27 Ohio St, W - #10 Michigan) ⇑⇑
18. Kentucky (W - Ole Miss, W - Miss St.) ⇑
19. Okie St. (L - #16 Iowa St, L - TT) ⇓⇓
20. Virginia (W - BC, W - GT) flat
21. OU (L - WV, W - Baylor) ⇓
22. UConn (L - #7 Cincy, W - UCF) flat
23. Gonzaga (W - Portland, L - #24 Memphis) ⇓
24. Memphis (W - Rutgers, W - #23 Gonzaga) ⇑
25. Pitt (W - Miami, W - GT) flat
26. Wisconsin (W - Illinois, W #9 Mich St) ⇑⇑⇑
27. Ohio St. (W - #17 Iowa, W - Purdue) ⇑⇑
28. VCU (W - Rhode Island, L - St. Joe's) ⇓
29. SMU (W - Temple, W - #7 Cincy) ⇑⇑⇑
30. New Mexico (W - Wyoming) ⇑
