All I own is 70's stuff. I have had to have most of it let out in the waist however.

I think we need a "Godfather" night for Houston or UCF. Skinny black ties, sharkskin suits and fedoras. Flapper dresses for the girls.

I honestly would rather have us students wearing school colors and our logo and representing the team instead of turning it into a costume party. Just my two cents.

Yeah, that exactly what we need. More guys dressed up as Fairies, the Crabs and overweight video characters. I dread seeing the TTU fans YouTube video of our students when that happens.

Would rather have emphasis on team colors than more costumes. Raffle tickets handed out at the door for every fan wearing red, with a chance to win prizes with drawings during timeouts? Coupons to Canes for wearing red? Discounts on hot dogs for team colors? There are tons of easy ways to promote team colors. We haven't had an offical #REDOUT or #WHITEOUT yet this year either.

I think the MArio Bros, lobster, and elf next to the visiting bench are pretty funny, but the entire student section doesnt need to look like a Halloween party. Also why are kids wearing Nuggets jerseys, Pistons jerseys, Falcons jerseys, etc? Do they not have SMU shirts? Don't get me wrong, I love that the students are fired up and excited, but get some SMU gear for the game, my God

cincy fans mentioned that to me as well - said all your fans wear wrong jerseys. But hey, first step is getting them intersted enough to show up. once they become regulars at Moody, we can encourage school colors.

I encountered that during my time at SMU (on the boulevard) - kids want to rep their home town because they think it's really cool. Maybe it'll fade soon.

I don't particularly understand the costumes, though I'm a fan of the lobster (way to ensure reelection if he's not a senior). But what's the deal with Luigi (green) and especially the elf (also green, but without a comrade in red; and it's not Christmas time). If two guys really want to crush it, they need to break out a Cookie Monster and an Elmo costume. Chicks dig that s***.

The elf cracks me up every time.

We should do a white-out for the Louisville game. Have some company like Bank of Texas or State Farm sponsor it and give out a couple thousand white T-shirts as people walk in with the sponsor's logo on the back
