Still way too many empty red seats last night, sections on the end were worse.

I wonder who in the world has those seats.

The cameras shoot the other way so at least it is better than Ford. It appears there has been an effort to have people sitting right behind the announcers at the very beginning and halftime when there is a shot of that area. Other than that you can just visualize a pile of money in each of those empty looking seats because someone donated a lot to have the rights to them. I wish they were full but if you are not at the game it at least is not noticeable to the television viewing audience.

Looks like right after half time. The floor seats are empty there , but were full most of the time I noticed.

On second thought, that looks pregame.

You've got to be organized and map a strategy to [deleted] and pour during halftime these days. Bring back the troughs

I didn't think it was too bad last night. Took about 10 minutes into the game though. Just the same old "fashionably late" crap everywhere in the arena. I understand when the games are at 6pm on a weeknight, but the later games and weekends still mystify me.

Not fair. That is in the last thirty seconds.

How do you know. Did you leave early from your red seat or something? Coach Brown said he wants people to stay until the game is over.

I believe this photo was taken a few minutes before the second half started. I can see myself but not my wife. She was a little behind me in getting to our seats. The seats on the other side of me are empty at this time but they were filled during the game. People just wandered back to their seats before the half started. Section 103 where I sit was 99% filled.

Why does this matter? SMU is collecting money and nobody else gives a damn....nobody else in their right mind notices.

Let it go. You will never get 100% attendance at any entertainment event. [deleted] happens.

Tomorrow, I have tickets to take my daughter to the Harlem Globetrotters. Sunday, I have tickets to the SMU game at Uconn. I was planning to take my wife. I want to go to both games.

But, my mother in law went into the hospital b/c of complications from her cancer.

1) I want to go to the games
2) I won't sell or give away the tickets b/c I don't have time to deal with them
3) If we don't go to one/both games, it will be a last minute decision.

it matters because people are camping out for tickets, it increases the home court noise and improves the moody madness atmosphere. if these people can't use the tickets donate them back to SMU who can resell them or donate them. When I lived in Philly we had company tickets to professional sports. often the person in charged of the tickets bogarted them. at last minute I would retrieve tickets and give to co-workers or a bartender who can always find someone to go.
I bet SMU could get some marketing majors to stubhub them. I can't accept, that the hottest ticket in Dallas, can be used by someone.

I agree...just make an effort red seats to at least get the tics used by someone...it doensn't take but a quick mention to anyone to get them filled. It does look bad on TV.
