Good position for 3rd seed in AAC Tournament

The 3/4 seed could come down to our final game @Memphis.

Currently we are 1.5 games up on UCONN. We own the tiebreaker, so we are essentially 2.5 games up. UCONN still has Cincy and UL left to play, as well as USF and Rutgers.

Currently we are .5 games up on Memphis. Memphis still has UL, Cincy and SMU remaining on their schedule, as well as Houston

It would be huge if we could lock up the 3rd spot for the conference tournament.

Staying in 3rd will be HUGE because #3 will play #6 (either Houston or Rutgers). #4 will play #5 (either UConn or Memphis)

...and of course SMU against Memphis

Cincy and Louisville are pretty much gone.... Only thing remaining is to see who gets the one, who gets the two. I would hope each of them win out with the obvious exception of the Card's visit to Moody. Interesting to note that we would only have two conference losses without the Temple and USF debacles. We'd be right in the hunt for the season title.

Getting the 4 seed is not that bad of an outcome. Avoiding another bad loss guarantees us a tourney spot.

Yep, 1 game at a time.

Just once I'd like to win two or three at a time for a change.

Playing Rutgers in first round would be good (well, second round right? if 3 seed, we get a first round bye right?). I think we match up with them well.

Youre not supposed to look back on games, but id be interested to see what our nat'l ranking would be if we only had two aac losses up to this point.

We'd be on a 14 game win streak and probably be in the top 15 (if we won against Temple and USF).
