So a buddy and I were going to fire up the grill here at the house, less than a mile north of campus. But is there any opportunity to tailgate outside Moody at all? Maybe bring some hot food off the grill, a couple of folding chairs, and drink? What are others doing?

I don't see anyone bothering you on the very top floor of the Binkley garage.

A bunch of my buddies and I are going to Barley before the game.

Centex, Treadway and S...M...U are also going

I wish they would do a blvd type thing for saturday games outside of Moody on the stretch in front all the way down to dedman. Maybe next year SID?

Been asked and answered. No.

We tried last yr & asked - when nobody went to games thru Leonard. The In&out truck was a good touch.

Saturday's forecast - 80 and partly cloudy.

Times have changed though…sold out crowds. Opportunity to make even more money with beer/food sales outside stadium

Buddy and I emailed Hart about this about a month ago ... Says they explored the idea of a "mini-boulevard" before select Saturday games, but said their focus this year was 100% getting the new Moody up and running smoothly.

Did say basketball tailgating will be in the planning / cards for next season.

If you're talking a cooler of beer up there, maybe not, but fire up the grill in an enclosed structure with that many cars (read: "gas tanks") and I assume you'd be shut down in an instant.

I too will be at Barley.

Absolutely the best place for the tailgate would be at Mrydel's place.
